The Wine Spectator Distinction. Its awards recognize those impressionable restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections that are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers. Wine Spectator awards are evaluated and awarded only to those restaurants that satisfy firm wine list criteria including thematic harmony to menu, vintage depth over a wide variety of wine regions, vertical offerings of top wine producers, superior wine presentation and devotion to wine program quality.
Award of Excellence
Awarded for the inclusion of vintages and appellations for all selections from quality of producers. The accuracy of wine lists and overall presentation and appearance of the wine list is taken into consideration.
